Completing this form is vital for our school, as it helps secure funding for programs and services that benefit all students, such as free meals, additional learning support, and more classroom resources.
Please complete and return this form by Tuesday, October 15th, even if you've filled out something similar in the past. One form is needed per family, so if you have multiple children in our school, only one form needs to be submitted.
