View in browser We are looking forward to connecting with you during our upcoming Parent/Teacher Conferences when we return from Spring Break. These conferences are a valuable opportunity to partner together in supporting your child's growth—academically, socially, and emotionally. As you prepare, we encourage you to think about a few questions you may want to ask your child's teachers. You might consider asking about strengths, areas for growth, work habits, or ways you can support learning at home. Coming with a few intentional questions can help make the most of your time together. Parents and guardians are welcome to sign up to meet with all of your child's teachers or select specific teachers based on your needs. We truly value this time to connect and appreciate your partnership in your child's success. Click on the conference sign-up link provided in this message. Select the tab for the correct day (Tuesday or Wednesday). Find your child's teacher(s) and look for an available (empty) time slot. Click on an open time slot. Type in your student's name and grade in the box [example: John (8)] Once entered, the time slot will be saved and is no longer available for others. You are welcome to sign up to meet with all of your child's teachers or select specific teachers based on your needs. If you need help signing up or would like assistance scheduling a longer conference, please contact your child's teacher or reach out to Ms. Bailey in the office at (509) 258-4730. MS Spring Conferences 2026 docs.google.com 4th Quarter Reminders As we move into the 4th quarter, this is a great time to reset and refocus on our shared expectations as a school community. With the added energy this time of year brings, we want to stay grounded in being safe, respectful, responsible, and on task. A few key reminders: Cell phones are not allowed during the school day (8:00–3:30). Only water is permitted in classrooms; food is limited to approved activities. Respect and appropriate language are expected at all times. Hall passes should be used responsibly and follow established procedures. School devices should always be used safely and appropriately. These expectations are not new—they help us maintain a positive, focused learning environment for everyone. Let's continue to support one another and finish the year strong as we keep reaching for the stars. pk-5 Grade Students will receive paper invites for scheduled conference times. Please contact the classroom teacher or the office with any questions. View in browser As we begin to see the signs of spring all around us—longer days, warmer weather, and the first hints of green—it's a natural reminder of growth, renewal, and new beginnings. This season reflects so much of what we strive for each day at Springdale K–8. Just like the world around us, our students are growing, learning, and developing in meaningful ways, and we are committed to supporting each and every child on that journey. This week marks our final week before Spring Break, and there is a great deal of excitement in the air. It's a wonderful time to celebrate the progress our students have made and continue encouraging them to finish strong. We will be on Spring Break the week of April 6–10, and we look forward to welcoming students back to school on Monday, April 13. Shortly after we return, we will be hosting Spring Conferences on Tuesday, April 14 and Wednesday, April 15. These conferences are an important opportunity to connect, reflect on student growth, and continue building strong partnerships between home and school. Thank you for your continued support, encouragement, and partnership. Together, we are helping our students grow, bloom, and reach for the stars. The Scholastic Book Fair is coming!
